It crashes.

I heard about Windows Double Explorer and really thought it'd be something I could use.

I downloaded it and when I tried to run it all I got was the notice that says it '...has encountered a problem and needs to close.

 I've been waiting a long time for something like this and am a bit disappointed that all it does is crash. 

...and of course it doesn't run.  Not even on reboot.

My system is running XP Pro and is all updated and has plenty of resources.

Got a fix?

Sorry Stan,

WDE runs only with Windows 7 (NOT XP)!

It wouldn't take a whole lot to say it only runs on 7.

It is a bit surprising and disappointing.

The requirement information is available under the "Documentation" section. But you're right, the information context is to bad. For the "surprising" issue I will take a hint on the "Home"-Page.

I hope this information is not so disappointing for you.
