Installer allows install on Windows XP, and license text in installer.

description

The installer does not detect that the operating system is not Windows 7 and allows install on Windows XP. Also the license information in the installer referrers to Shareware version and does not mention the GPL license.

On the current version 0.3.7 there is no installer available!?
